Following the guidance from Government and approval to receive students' cohorts on campus in a phased manner (in compliance with COVID-19 SoPs), the schedule for staggered face to face teaching and learning is as follows:

1. The Freshers (Year One, Undegraduate and Graduate) orientation, enrolment and registration will be held between Monday 22nd -Saturady 27th February 2021 at Colleges; and thereafter, teaching and learning for academic year 2020/21 will commence on Monday 1st March 2021 (for 4 Weeks on campus) until 27th March 2021. Online (ODeL) teaching will fowllow for this group upto completion.
2. Joining the Year One on 1st March 2021 will be the rest of stduents (Years 2,3,4,5) from Colleges of Health Sciences: Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosecurity; the Architecture Program and 4th Year Agriculture.
3. The Year Two and other non-finalist students (who should have already started with online teaching from 8th February 2021) will report on campus for laboratory and practicums from 25th April - 22nd May 2021 (4 Weeks On Campus).
4. The end of Semester One examinations will follow in a staggered manner, a detailed program will be drawn in due course by the Academic Registrar/ College Registrar.
5. Each College Registrar, in consultation with the Principal, should produce a detailed plan to conduct Freshers Orientation and Registration Sessions on Campus during 22nd - 27th February 2021.
